Application Process
Our application process is comprehensive. Each firm must demonstrate that they are a legal business entity and that they meet the minimum criteria that are set for qualified firms. The following is a list of steps that are included in the firm evaluation.
- Check qualifications
The applicant company must be a legitimate business entity. We check to ensure that the firm has a business license and that they possess any certifications or licenses that are required by law to perform the services that are applying for. If the applicant is accepted, we require that certificates of insurance be submitted to us and that we be notified by their insurer of any cancellation or change in coverage.
- Check references
We ask for references in the application process. In addition to checking those references, we will look for other information that may not be submitted with the application. We check with the Better Business Bureau for any customer complaints. And finally, a credit check helps to ensure that an applicant company is in an acceptable financial condition.
Agreement
After we’ve completed the application process, we provide a successful applicant with an agreement that addresses what we require of a firm that wants to provide services for you. Each Qualified Firm must agree to adhere to our Customer Satisfaction Program.
Applicant Monitoring
On a regular basis, we will monitor the Qualified Firm’s qualifications and credentials. In addition, the insurance carriers are asked to notify us of any change in the Qualified Firms insurance coverage.
Dispute Resolution
While we hope that there will not ever be a dispute between you and one of our Qualified firms, we require that each firm agrees to handle disputes in a specified manner.
Quality Control
Each customer will be asked to evaluate the services offered or performed by our Qualified Firms. Your feed back is essential in maintaining the level of quality that we wish to offer. We also would appreciate any compliments that you may feel are appropriate. Your positive feedback is also an encouragement for our dedicated firms.
